These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of wunderpresentation.com and app.wunderpresentation.com (collectively referred to as “Wunderpresentation,” “the Service,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Service.

1. Use of Service

Wunderpresentation allows you to create, edit, and share presentations that are generated from your Notion pages. You must be at least 16 years old to use our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.

To access Wunderpresentation, you will need to log in using Notion’s authentication system. By using this login method, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your email address and Notion display name, as requested by the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.

3. User Content

You retain full ownership of the presentations and any other content you create or upload using Wunderpresentation. However, by sharing or publishing content through our Service, you grant us permission to store and display this content as necessary to operate and improve the Service. You remain solely responsible for the content you share and must ensure that it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of Wunderpresentation may require payment, either through a subscription plan or a one-time fee. Payments for these paid features are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The details of available subscription plans, their features, and current prices are provided within the app or on our website. All prices are subject to change, but we will provide notice if there are any material changes to our pricing or subscription structure.

Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you choose to cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

5. Privacy

You must not attempt to interfere with or compromise the security or functionality of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Wunderpresentation at our discretion, including if you violate these Terms. If your access is terminated, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your own account at any time by using the account deletion feature or by contacting us at privacy@wunderpresenation.com.

8. Modifications to the Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any changes, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Wunderpresentation is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be secure or free from errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wunderpresentation and its operators disclaim all liability for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Service.
